The venue booking service (the ‘Service’) is provided to you by Togo on behalf of venues in the Togo network, either via a link to the websites of the venue with whom you are booking (a ‘venue’) or via the websites of one of our third party booking partners (a ‘Booking Partner’).
Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use our site or the Service, as these will apply to your use of the Service. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.
By using the Service you accept these terms and conditions of use (the ‘User Terms’). If you do not agree to the User Terms, you must not use the Service.
We may, at any time for any reason without prior notification to you, terminate, restrict, suspend or discontinue your access to the Service if we in our absolute discretion believe that you are misusing the Service or if you are in breach of any of the provisions of these User Terms.
We may revise these User Terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Your continued use of our site or the Service following any such change will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
The dining services which you book via the Service are provided to you by the venue directly and not by Togo. Therefore, by using the Service to book a table at your chosen venue you are entering into a direct contract with that venue and Togo is not a party to that contract and has no obligations to you under that contract.
In order to make any booking using the Service you must have the legal capacity to do so and you must accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name. You must make sure that all the information you provide to us is true and accurate. Booking a table at the venue means you have to pay the venue after you have eaten unless it is clearly indicated before you book that you have to prepay in advance.
When you use the Service to place a booking at the venue you are making an offer to the venue for your booking. Your booking is not legally binding. Please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time and bring a copy of your email booking confirmation.
If you wish to cancel your booking you can do this via your togo account or contact the venue directly. Contact details and any applicable cancellation policy for the venue can be found in the confirmation email.
Some venues levy a ‘no-show’ fee for failure to attend the venue at the reserved time. If the venue operates such a policy you will be asked by us for your credit card details at the time of making the booking via the Service. We will use a fully compliant third party to securely store those details. The decision whether to debit your card with a cancellation fee or ‘no-show’ fee is entirely at the discretion of the venue. If you believe that a no-show fee has been incorrectly deducted from your credit card you should contact the venue directly.
Some venues levy a ‘pre-payment’ for some or all of the expected booking costs. If the venue operates such a policy you will be asked by us via a compliant third party for your payment details to enable a pre-payment to be made.. If you believe that a pre-payment has been incorrectly taken you should contact the venue directly.
Some venues offer/accept prepaid vouchers for some or all of the expected dining costs. If you are making a booking with such a prepaid voucher you will be asked by us at the time of making the booking via the Service, for your unique voucher identification number. Once the unique voucher identification number is input and validated, and the booking is confirmed by the venue, the booking is then subject to the venue’s cancellation policy. It is not possible to change a booking made using a prepaid voucher unless the venue agrees to the change. If a booking cannot be altered by the venue it may not be possible to issue a refund for the voucher. In the unlikely event that the venue needs to cancel the booking after you have booked a date, they will contact you.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking, but this of course will be without any liability on your part.
Because your contract is directly with the venue any queries or concerns that you may have in connection with your venue table booking should be addressed directly to the venue via the details set out in the confirmatory email.
In addition to these User Terms, your use of a venue or Booking Partner websites and the other services and products provided by venues and Booking Partners in the Togo network, may also be subject to any terms and conditions applied by the venues and/or Booking Partners from time to time. Such terms are in addition to, and not a replacement for, these User Terms. Please ensure that you read such additional terms and conditions before using the websites and/or purchasing the services and products provided by venues and Booking Partners.

Bowling Disclaimer
If using your own shoes, please ensure they are a safe, flat-soled and non-marking shoe. Heels, open-toe, flip-flops or similar footwear are not permitted, bowling shoes can be found at the games desk.
Do not step over the bowling line at the start of the lane surface, our lanes are coated with a special oil varnish to protect them, the bowling surface is really slippery.
Pick up the balls carefully and hold with both hands. Children should use the lightest ball we offer, please ask in venue.
Whilst you are waiting to bowl, please do not touch the balls that are on the rack as your fingers could become trapped when the ball returns.
Do not place your hand inside the ball return at any time. Wait until the ball has returned fully onto the rack, if a ball does not return fully please ask a member of our team to assist you.
Should you notice any slippery surface or spill a drink yourself, please call over one of our team members who will be happy to help.
Please don’t move bowling balls between ball returns at risk of dropping and hurting yourself
